principles application frameworks_

Our Principles Application Frameworks (PAFs) help organisations assess how closely their business practices and digital solutions align to the sustainable digitalisation principles and factors; focusing on insights and improvement actions, rather than acting as a benchmarking or ratings tool.

There are two PAFs which can be accessed through the same app:

PAF for Business
Helps align organisation-wide practices to the principles - use once and review periodically.

PAF for Digital Deployments
Helps align digital solutions that are being developed, deployed or reviewed - use for every digital solution.

Each PAF contains a series of questions linked to the sustainable digitalisation principles, which you can complete in whatever way works for you - e.g. in a workshop with the relevant stakeholders, by having different people complete different sections or by having one expert complete it and invite review from others.

We find that a workshop with a diverse range of relevant stakeholders works best; allowing 60-90 minutes depending on the type of PAF, project and level of discussion. You should request access for anyone who needs to edit the PAF and they’ll be able to save their answers and return to them whenever they need to.

In order to keep company information submitted via the PAF secure, we will only provide access to company email addresses.

Request access

If you are new to the PAF you can request access by entering your details below. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive access and then follow the log-in instructions below.

Existing users

If you already have access you can access the PAF now.

Login instructions

To keep your PAF responses secure we use Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which also helps to reduce the number of login credentials you need to remember if you’re already using Microsoft for work purposes.

You can register for MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app or your preferred method. Once enabled you’ll have a 10-day grace period to register your authentication method but if you do not complete registration within this period, you will not be able to sign in.
